• 5. An affidavit from the local residence authorities (usually it is the same authority issuing passports) stating that you are indeed considered a national and/or resident of that particular country. Must be notarized by a notary.
• 6. A certified copy of the bank statement stating that you have at least US$2000.00 (two thousand dollars) to be able to support yourself for initial 30 days upon your arrival to USA, pay a housing deposit fee upon arrival, if any and provide funds for our services and fees.
